The AI Moderation feature automatically detects and moderates offensive content, spam, and inappropriate comments in your community discussions. This intelligent system works alongside your existing moderation tools to reduce manual work while maintaining a healthy community environment. Below you'll find comprehensive guidance for setting up and managing AI moderation, with clear instructions for every available action.

Enabling Automatic Moderation

Activate automatic comment moderation in a few simple steps:

  1. Navigate to and open the Discussions feature
  2. Open the 'Dictionary' tab
  3. Check the "Enable automatic moderation" checkbox
  4. Scroll down and click "Save" to activate automatic moderation

Setting Up Your Platform Type

Choose your industry type and our AI automatically adjusts its understanding to your audience's communication style. Available platform types include: Sports, Lifestyle, Gaming, Betting, General, News, Finance.

Steps to configure:

  1. Click on the "Platform Type" dropdown menu
  2. Select your industry category from the available options
  3. Scroll down and click on 'Save'

Configuring Tolerance Levels Settings

Set your community standards with three key controls, allowing you to fine-tune moderation levels that perfectly match your community's behavior expectations:

Aggression Levels Settings:

  1. Click the "Aggression" dropdown
  2. Choose your preferred level from None, Low, Medium & High.
  3. Scroll down and click on 'Save'

Violence Settings:

  1. Click the "Violence" dropdown
  2. Select your tolerance level from: None, Low, Medium & High
  3. Scroll down and click on 'Save'

  1. Click the "Profanity" dropdown
  2. Choose your approach from: None, Low, Medium & High
  3. Scroll down and click on 'Save'

Setting Up Rate Limiting

Prevent spam and excessive posting with these two limits:

Enable Rate Limiting:

  1. Check the "Enable posts rate limit" checkbox
  2. Proceed and configure your limits

Per 10 Minutes Setting:

  • Enter maximum comments allowed per user in 10-minute intervals

Daily Limit Setting:

  • Enter maximum daily comments per user
  • Scroll down and click on 'Save' to apply rate limiting
