Finding and Organizing Discussions

The Discussions tab offers powerful tools to help you quickly locate and organize content based on your specific needs. You can filter discussions using ID, label, or URL searches, set date ranges to focus on specific time periods, and show or hide deleted content as needed. The flexible sorting options let you arrange discussions by post count or creation date in your preferred order, while the posts count slider helps you focus on discussions with particular engagement levels. Creating New Discussions

Launch fresh conversation threads in three simple steps:

  1. Click "Create discussion"
  2. Enter your discussion details
  3. Publish with a single click on 'Create'

Filtering Discussions

Quickly locate specific content:

  1. Use the search fields at the top of the page
  2. Select filtering criteria from the dropdown menus
  3. Set date ranges if needed
  4. Toggle "Show deleted discussions" to include deleted content

Sorting Discussions

Organize discussions for easier management:

  1. Click on the "Sort by" dropdown
  2. Choose your preferred sorting method
  3. Adjust posts count slider to narrow results

Viewing Discussion Posts

Access all posts within a discussion:

Moderate all Posts in Discussions or delete discussions when needed:

  1. Locate your target discussion
  2. Click "Moderate all posts" or 'Delete'
    1. Moderation - Enter Moderation Reason
    2. Delete - Confirm Deletion

Individual & Bulk Post Actions

Process multiple posts within a discussion simultaneously:

  1. Expand the discussion to view all posts
  2. Select posts using the checkboxes on the left
  3. Click the "Moderate selected posts" or "Pin selected posts" button
  4. Apply your selected action to all checked posts at once
