Finding and Organizing Posts
The Posts tab offers powerful tools to help you quickly locate and organize content based on your specific needs. You can filter posts by Discussions ID & labels, visibility types (public/private), or user profile nickname/ID, and show or hide moderated or deleted content as needed. The flexible sorting options let you arrange posts by recency in your preferred order, while the items per page setting helps you manage large volumes of content efficiently. These intuitive filtering and sorting tools work together to help you effectively moderate even the busiest community discussions.
Managing Community Content
The Posts tab provides essential moderation capabilities that help you maintain a healthy community environment. You can easily view post content, timestamp, and user information, check engagement metrics like reactions and replies, and identify posts that are replies to other posts (indicated by "Reply" label). You can moderate individual posts to ensure they meet your community standards. The tab also allows you to perform bulk actions on multiple posts simultaneously, saving you time while maintaining consistent content quality. 💡 Note: Unlike discussions deletion, post deletion is NOT possible at the administrator level. On the API level, users can only delete their own posts. Filtering Posts
Quickly locate specific content:
- Use the search fields at the top of the page
- Select filtering criteria from the dropdown menus
- Use the search profiles field to find posts by specific users
- Toggle 'Show only moderated posts' or 'Show only deleted posts' as needed
Sorting Posts
Customize how posts appear in your view:
- Set 'Items per page' to your preferred number
- Select your preferred sorting method from 'Sort by' dropdown
Viewing Posts
Access all information within a post:
- Review post content, timestamp, and user information
- Hover over the information icon (i) next to each post to view the respective Discussion ID and Profile ID for that post
- Check engagement metrics (likes, replies)
- Identify reply posts through the "Reply" label
Post Moderation (Individual or Bulk)
- Locate the post(s) you want to moderate
- Use the checkbox(es) to select one or multiple posts
- Click the 'Moderate selected posts' button
- Enter moderation reason when prompted
- Confirm the action
💡Once moderated, posts will display a "Moderated" label, and users can hover over it to view moderation details including the staff ID who performed the moderation, the timestamp, and the reason for moderation.
