Discussions Feature Overview

The Discussions feature is a dynamic community engagement tool divided into four main tabs: Discussions, Posts, Reported Posts, and Dictionary. You can search, filter, create and moderate user discussions, ensuring a healthy and engaging community environment while maintaining control over content.


Discussions Tab

Access a comprehensive view of all discussions in your community:

  • View all discussions with their post counts
  • Filter by Discussions ID, Label, URL, and date ranges
  • Sort discussions by multiple factors (post count value OR created at date in ascending/descending order)
  • Create new discussions directly from the interface
  • Moderate or delete entire discussions with a single click
  • Manage single or multiple posts within discussions

Posts Tab

Here you can monitor and manage all user comments in one place:

  • View community posts chronologically
  • Filter posts by type (Public/Private/All) and moderation status (show only moderated or deleted posts)
  • Sort posts by various criteria (Latest, Oldest, etc.)
  • Search posts by user name/nickname/ID OR by Disccusion ID/Label
  • Access post details including posting timestamps, Discussions ID & Profile ID
  • Identify posts that are replies to other posts (indicated by "Reply" label)
  • Implement individual or bulk post moderation actions

Reported Posts Tab

Efficiently manage any content reported by your community:

  • View only posts that have been reported by users
  • See report counts and track the number of reports each post has received
  • Filter and sort reported posts to prioritize moderation
  • Take immediate action on potentially harmful content: Moderate individual or multiple reported posts simultaneously

Dictionary Tab

Configure your automated content moderating system:

  • Enable/disable moderation features
  • Manage URL moderation settings (replace links with "https://***")
    • Define allowed URLs that won't be affected by link moderation
  • Configure moderator identification & automatic moderation reasons
  • Set up and maintain a forbidden words list
