Overview of the ''Engagement'' Report

The "Engagement" report is designed to help you monitor and analyze user interaction and activity on your platform. By understanding how users engage with your content, you can make informed decisions that enhance user experience and boost overall engagement. This report is divided into two primary tabs: "RFE Groups" and "Engagement Segments," each offering unique insights into user behavior and activity patterns.

Key Features of the Engagement Report:

  1. RFE Groups Tab:
    • This tab categorizes users based on Recency (R), Frequency (F), and Engagement (E). Users are divided into five distinct groups, allowing you to quickly identify the most active users as well as those who may need more encouragement to engage.
  2. Engagement Segments Tab:
    • This tab displays various user segments that have been predefined in the engagement coefficients feature. It provides an overview of user distribution across different segments, such as Fanatics, Fans, Casual Users, At-Risk, Inactive, and New Users. You can also filter by predefined sports entities (Competitions, Teams & Players)

Utilizing the Engagement Report:

  • Monitor User Activity: The RFE Groups tab helps you track user activity levels, so you can focus on users who are highly engaged or those who might require re-engagement strategies.
  • Understand User Segments: The Engagement Segments tab offers valuable insights into different user types, enabling you to tailor your strategies to meet the needs of each segment.

Regularly reviewing the Engagement report will give you a deeper understanding of your user base, helping you optimize your content and engagement strategies effectively.
