You can now export detailed ranking data from any of your leaderboards directly to your computer. This feature allows you to download comprehensive participant information as a CSV file, including standings, predictions made, points, and detailed participant data for analysis or reporting purposes. You can export data across the entire leaderboard duration, or if your leaderboard uses groups/rounds, export data for specific groups only.
How to Export Leaderboard Rankings
General Export (Across the Entire Leaderboard Duration)
Step 1: Navigate to your game (Leaderboard) type in the Management Portal (left sidebar)
Step 2: Find your leaderboard and click on "Additional Information" to access the standings view
Step 3: In the "Standings" tab, locate the "Export" button in the bottom-left corner of the participant table
Step 4: Click "Export" - a dialog will appear asking how many users you want to export
Step 5: Enter the number of participants to export (up to 100 users maximum) in the input field
Step 6: Click "Download as CSV file" to automatically download the rankings data
What's Included in Your CSV Export
The exported CSV file contains detailed participant information with the following columns:
- Position: Current ranking/standing in the leaderboard
- ID: Unique profile identifier
- Name: Participant's full name
- Nickname: Users' Usernames
- Gender: Participant's gender information (male/female/unspecified)
- Email: Participant's email address
- Predictions made: Total number of predictions submitted by each participant
- Points: Current point total and score

Visual Guide - Exporting Detailed Ranking Data
Step 1: Navigate to your leaderboard type in the left sidebar (e.g. Matches Game)
Step 2: Find your leaderboard game and click "Additional Information" (The "Standings" tab gets opened by Default.)
Step 3: Locate and click the "Export" button in the bottom-left corner of the participant table
Step 4: In the export dialog, enter how many users you want to export (maximum 100)
Step 5: Click "Download as CSV file" to start the download
🎯 Does Your Leaderboard Have Groups? Export Rankings by Specific Groups!
If your leaderboard is organized into groups or rounds, you can export data for specific segments rather than the entire leaderboard. This is perfect for analyzing performance within custom groupings.
Export by Groups/Rounds
Steps 1-2: Follow the same steps as described in the section above.
Step 3: Look for the "View by" dropdown menu (typically showing "General" by default)
Step 4: Select the specific group or round you want to export
Step 5: Once the view updates to show only participants from your selected group, click the "Export" button and enter how many users you want to export (maximum 100)
Step 6: Click "Download as CSV file" and the CSV file will automatically download to your computer, containing only the data for participants in the selected group/round
💡 Note: The export feature is available for all leaderboard types (Competition Games, Teams Games, Matches Games, Fantasy Games, and Custom Games).
