The Related Quiz Translations feature offers an efficient way to manage multilingual content by creating connected versions of your quizzes across different languages. Each translation maintains its own unique identity while preserving a clear relationship with the original quiz, making multilingual content management more organized and efficient.
How Related Quiz Translations Work
When using this feature, your quizzes form a family structure:
- The original quiz acts as the "parent" quiz
- Translated versions become "child" quizzes, each with:
- Its own unique quiz ID
- Independent management capabilities
- Clear connection to the parent quiz
- Automatic reference display for easy navigation
π‘ Note: Available languages for translations are determined by your global language settings. Make sure to set up your desired languages before creating related translations.
Important Considerations
- Only the parent quiz displays language tabs for all available 'Child Quiz' translations
- Child quizzes show an information message indicating their parent quiz
- Each translation can be edited independently without affecting other versions
- All quiz content elements are included in translations:
- Quiz title
- Description
- Questions
- Answer options
- Explanations
Creating Related Translations
- Open your original (parent) quiz
- Click the translation icon (ποΈ) located in the top-right corner of the quiz editor
- Select your desired target language(s) from the language selection modal
- Click "Save language preference" to confirm your selections
- Language tabs will appear at the top of your quiz editor for each selected language
- Click each language tab to edit your related translated content
- Save your translations
π‘ Tip: You can add or remove languages at any time by clicking the translation icon in the top-right corner again and updating your language preferences.

- The original title appears in its original language, helping you track relationships between translations
- Click the banner to quickly navigate to the parent quiz
