Engagement Coefficients Feature Overview

The Engagement Coefficients feature is designed to provide detailed insights into user behavior across various segments, allowing for a deeper understanding of user engagement and the ability to tailor strategies to different audience groups. This feature is an essential tool for tracking how users interact with your platform and refining your approach based on these interactions.

Key Components

  1. User Segments
The User Segments component allows you to categorize your users into different segments for a more targeted analysis. The default segments include:

    • Fanatics
    • Fans
    • Casual Users
    • New Users
    • At Risk
    • Inactive

The data for each segment can then be analyzed in detail within the Engagement Report.

  2. Recency Configuration
The Recency Configuration lets you define the time intervals that categorize user activity. By default, these are set as follows:

    • Group 5: Last 48 hours (2 days)
    • Group 4: Last 120 hours (5 days)
    • Group 3: Last 336 hours (14 days)
    • Group 2: Last 720 hours (30 days)
    • Group 1: More than 720 hours (more than 1 month)

These intervals can be adjusted according to your specific requirements, providing flexibility to match your analysis periods with your business cycles. Detailed data on user recency can also be reviewed in the Engagement Report.

  3. Entities Whitelist
The Entities Whitelist component allows you to select the specific sports entities— competitions, teams, and players—that will be included in the Engagement Report. This ensures that the data displayed is relevant to the sports entities that matter most to your business, giving you focused insights.
  4. Retention Configuration
This section lets you determine the duration for which data will be calculated and retained. By setting a retention period, you can control the scope of your engagement analysis, ensuring that the data remains relevant and manageable.

By utilizing these four components—User Segments, Recency Configuration, Entities Whitelist, and Retention Configuration—the Engagement Coefficients feature empowers you to make data-driven decisions, optimize user engagement, and enhance overall platform performance.
