How can I get a report with participants' data in a certain game? ( Exporting Email, Points & Other Data)

You can download participant data in CSV format for multiple features, including Match Quiz

For Match Quiz games in 'Settled' status, you'll find three export options:

  1. Export (Limited Format): allows you to download data for up to 100 participants in a leaderboard format. This export includes each participant's position/rank, points earned, and number of predictions made. This format is particularly useful when you need to analyze game performance and rankings.
  2. Export All Users (Complete Participant List): provides a complete list of all participants with no user limit. This export focuses on identification data, including User ID, email address, full name, and nickname. Note that this format does not include any performance or ranking data (no points, positions, or predictions). It's ideal for participant management and communication purposes.
  3. Export All Users Leads (Lead Generation Data): allows you to export all user data collected through your lead generation configuration. If you've configured your match quizzes to gather specific user information as leads, this option exports that desired user data. This is particularly valuable for marketing campaigns, user acquisition analysis, and follow-up communication strategies.

How to Access Export Options:

  1. Navigate to the Manage Tab
  2. Select your game type (Match Quiz)
  3. Find your settled game and click on 'Additional Information'
  4. Look for the export buttons at the bottom of the 'Standings' tab

📚 Note: Multiple game types now support all export formats, allowing you to choose between detailed performance data, leads generation data or complete participant lists based on your needs.

💡 Note: Export functionality is now available for games in OPEN/LIVE status as well as Settled games. Even if standings are not yet available (as not all matches have been played), you can still export all users who have participated so far by clicking on 'Additional Information' for the respective game and using the 'Export all users' option.
