The 1,1,3,4,5,5,7,8 ranking format occurs due to the 'time tiebreaker' functionality in our Top X and Match Quiz games. This feature affects how users with the same points are ranked.
Top X: If you enable the time tiebreaker, the leaderboard will follow a classic ranking format (1,2,3). If two users have the same points and golden goal, the user who made their prediction earlier is ranked higher. If the time tiebreaker is disabled, users with the same points and golden goal will share the same rank (e.g., 1,1,3,4,5,5)
Match Quiz: Similar to Top X, enabling the time tiebreaker results in a classic ranking (1,2,3). If two users have the same points, the one who predicted earlier is ranked higher. If the time tiebreaker is disabled, users with the same points will share the same rank (e.g., 1,1,3,4,5,5)
