Either/Or UI Overhaul: What's New?

We've redesigned our Either/Or interface to provide you with enhanced visibility, detailed analytics, and improved export capabilities. This guide walks you through the major improvements and how to make the most of them.


New Standings Tab

The dedicated Standings tab provides clearer visibility of game performance:

  • Individual user scores and rankings
  • User nicknames displayed alongside real names
  • Easy-to-read leaderboard format

Enhanced Reporting System

Two powerful new reports have been added to help you analyze game performance:

Statistics Report: Gain insights into overall participation metrics:

  • Finished vs. total participations
  • Average started participations
  • Average finished participations

Performance by Day: Track participation trends over time:

  • Daily participation numbers (Hover functionality for specific date data)
  • Interactive graph visualization
  • Track user engagement from game creation date
  • Monitor participation peaks and trends

Advanced Export Options

New flexible export capabilities to manage participant data:

  • Export users with minimum point thresholds
  • Complete participant list export option
  • Export user leads data

New Standings Tab

  1. Go to Manage - Either/Or
  2. Click on 'Additional Information' for the respective game
  3. The 'Standings' tab will expand where you can see:
    • User Nicknames with real names in parentheses
    • User Ranking (1, 2, 3, etc.)
    • Each user's points

Statistics & Performance by Day Report

  1. Click on 'Additional information' for the respective game
  2. Go to the 'Reports' tab
  3. From the dropdown menu, choose between 'Statistics' and 'Performance by Day'
    • To view daily participation numbers in the Performance by Day Report, hover over the specific date on the graph

Advanced Export Options

  1. Click on 'Additional information' for the respective game
  2. Go to the 'Exports' tab
  3. Decide between:
    • Exporting users with minimum point threshold (customizable)
    • Exporting all users
    • Exporting all user leads

The new interface is designed to give you better insights into how users are engaging with your Either/Or games, making it easier to track performance and extract valuable participant data.
