How to Find and Export Users Based on Their Sports Interests & Favorites?

Users can specify their teams, players, and competitions interests. As an admin, you can export lists of users based on these specified interests using our export feature.

What is the Export Users feature?

The Export Users feature allows you to generate lists of users who have selected specific sports-related interests in their profile settings. This powerful segmentation tool helps you identify users with particular sports preferences for targeted content or communications.

How to Export Users by Interests

To export users based on their interests, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the 'Profiles' widget in your admin dashboard
  2. Click on the Export Users button
  3. Use the search box to select the specific sports interests (teams, players, or competitions)
  4. Choose one of the three filtering options:
    • At least one
    • All
    • Favourite

Filtering Options Explained

At least one

Selecting this option exports user profiles that have at least one of your selected sports interests. As shown in the screenshot, if you've selected Cristiano Ronaldo, Kylian Mbappé, and Erling Haaland, this would export all users who follow at least one of these three players.

All

This option exports user profiles that have all of your selected sports interests. Using the example in the screenshot, this would only export users who follow all three players: Cristiano Ronaldo, Kylian Mbappé, and Erling Haaland simultaneously.

Favourite

The most specific filter, this exports user profiles that have all of your selected sports interests marked as favourites. In the screenshot example, this would only export users who have specifically marked Cristiano Ronaldo, Kylian Mbappé, and Erling Haaland as favourites (not just regular interests).
