The Leads feature provides powerful tools for accessing, filtering, and exporting the valuable user data you've collected. This article guides you through the process of effectively exporting your leads data.
Filtering Your Leads
Our robust filtering system allows you to precisely target the lead data you need:
- Access the LEADS section from the management sidebar to the left
- Use the available filters to narrow down your data:
- Content ID: Filter by specific content entities (eg. Classic Quiz ID)
- Content Type: Filter by the type of content (quiz, game, etc.)
- Campaign ID: Filter by marketing campaign
- Date Range: Set specific From/To dates to view leads collected within a timeframe
Once you've applied your filters, the system will display the total number of leads available based on your criteria.
Exporting Lead Data
Exporting your filtered leads is simple and straightforward:
- After applying your desired filters, click the Export Leads button
- The system will generate a CSV file containing all leads matching your filter criteria
- This file will automatically download to your device
💡For some feature-specific exports, such as classic quizzes, you can also use the dedicated export options available directly in those management interfaces.
With these powerful export capabilities, you can transform collected lead data into actionable insights and marketing opportunities, maximizing the value of every user interaction on your platform.
