If you're unable to find certain matches when trying to add them to your Top X Games, this is likely due to the default date filter settings in the search window.
Understanding the Issue:
- The search window comes with pre-filled date filters:
- A "From date" and "To date" are automatically set to show matches within a specific timeframe of a few days
- If the matches you're looking for fall outside this default timeframe, they won't appear in the search results
Example: Default date range (16.12.2024 - 20.12.2024). Premier League Matches scheduled outside this timeframe won't appear until the date filters are modified.
How to Fix This:
- Adjust the Date Filters:
- In the search window, locate the "From date" and "To date" fields
- Click on the calendar icon next to each field to modify the dates
- Set a broader timeframe that includes the matches you want to add
- The search results will update automatically to show matches within your selected period
- Important Note:
- Make sure both the "From date" and "To date" fields encompass the date of the match you're looking for
If You Still Can't Find Matches:
- Verify that:
- The competition is properly whitelisted in your Top X settings
- You've spelled the team/competition names correctly in the search field
- The competition is currently active and matches are running
