The Scheduler is a powerful automation tool available across multiple features that allows you to set automatic status changes for your content. This streamlines your workflow by enabling you to plan and automate status transitions, particularly useful when managing content around scheduled sporting events.
Status Changes
The Scheduler allows you to configure two essential elements:
- Change status to: You can select the desired status for your content. Depending on the type of game, the statuses available will vary between:
- Active
- Live
- Open
- Pending
- Canceled
- At: Specify the exact date and time when the status change should occur
How It Works
When you create a schedule:
- Choose the target status from the dropdown menu under 'Change status to:'
- Set the precise time for the status change (Previous limitation of 30 days has now been removed, allowing you to schedule automated status changes for much longer into the future. For more, keep an eye on our Feature Releases & Updates.)
- Click "Create" to confirm the schedule
- The system will automatically execute the status change at the specified time
