Using the Profiles feature requires several steps to effectively search for, manage and export users. This guide walks you through the complete process.
Accessing the Profiles Feature
- Navigate to the Games Management section in the left sidebar
- Select Profiles
- The Profiles dashboard will load with the search functionality and export buttons
Searching for Users
When using the Profiles feature, you'll need to locate specific users:
Search Options:
- Name/Nickname: Search by the user's name or nickname
- Profile ID: Option to search by each user's unique ID
💡 Tip: Use the dropdown menu next to the search field to select your preferred search method.
Search Process:
- Click on the search field at the top of the page
- Type the user's name, nickname, or ID
- Press Enter or click on the user profile from the dropdown menu
- Results will display in the table below
Viewing User Information
Once you've located a user, you can view their information in the data table:
- User: Avatar and username (with a "BANNED" indicator displayed next to usernames of banned users)
- Points: Total points accumulated
- Predictions: Number of predictions made
- Success Rate: Percentage of correct predictions
- Total Posts: Number of posts in discussions
- Mini Games Participation: Breakdown by game type (Classic Quiz/Either Or)

Managing User Profiles
The Profiles feature allows you to perform various administrative actions directly from the user list:
- Locate the user you want to manage
- Click the three dots icon (⋮) in the Actions column
- Select from the available options:
- Moderate Posts: Moderate all user's posts
- Ban/Unban from Discussions: Prevent/Restore user participation in discussions
- Verify: Mark the user as verified
- Mark Profile as Staff Member
- Delete
⚠️ Note: The Delete action cannot be undone. Use this option with caution.
Exporting User Data
To export users based on their sports-related interests:
- Click the Export Users button in the top-right corner
- Select your filtering option:
- At least one: Users who have selected at least one of the specified interests
- All: Users who have selected all of the specified interests
- Favourite: Users who have all of the selected sports interests marked as favourites.
- Enter the sports-related interests (competitions, teams, players) you want to filter by in the search field
- Click the Export button to generate a downloadable file with the filtered user data
