- Description: Enter any content you find appropriate - competition details, prize information, how the game works, engagement incentives, or other relevant information (Optional Field)

💡 Tip: You can set the cutoff time shortly before the first fixture begins to maximize participation while ensuring fair gameplay.

- Click the Add participant button to add each known team/player
- For each participant, configure:

- Undecided: Toggle for placeholder participants
- Image: Upload team flags or logos
Setting Up Placeholder Participants
For tournament stages where participants aren't yet determined:
- You can add placeholder participants using coded names (e.g., "A1" for "Winner of Group A", "A2" for "Runner-Up of Group A")
- Set the Undecided toggle to "ON" for these participants
Configuring Fixtures
After adding participants, set up the matches in the Fixtures tab:
- Click the Fixtures tab in the main navigation

- ID: Unique match identifier
- Participant One/Two: Select the players/teams or placeholders
- Start Date: Schedule when the match begins
- Winner: Can be left empty until the match completes
- Score: Add match scores once available
Managing Results
As the tournament progresses:
- Update fixtures with actual results
- Update placeholder participants with actual teams as they qualify

⚠️ Note: Carefully manage the transition from group stages to knockout rounds by updating placeholder participants with the actual teams that advance.
