Badges are awarded for various accomplishments, and once earned, they cannot be taken away. Awarding badges to users encourages customer engagement and loyalty. To provide flexibility in creating multiple badges, we have created several categories based on different features and point requirements.
Badges groups
As explained in our Badges Overview article, our badges are separated into several groups: Predictor, Top X, Match Quiz, Football, Games, Classic Quizzes, Either Or, Discussions and Voting. Each group can be used to create badges related to different features and with varying requirements.
How to create and configure badges
All you need to do to start creating badges is click on the respective group (e.g. Classic Quizzes) and fill out the fields. Please note that not all fields are required to create a badge.
In a similar manner, if you would like to update a badge and, for example, change its points requirements, all you need to do is add the new value, and click on 'Update badges' at the bottom of the page.
